This Way Home Solutions is a Colorado-based organization committed to guiding seniors and their families through the transitions that come with aging. Whether it’s finding safe, supportive housing, navigating dementia care, developing a personalized care plan, or providing meaningful companionship, we’re here to help make the journey easier — with dignity, compassion, and clarity at every step.

As part of our mission to serve the whole person, we launched our nonprofit branch, This Way Home Solutions Network. It expands beyond placement services by addressing emotional well-being, social isolation, and the need for senior voices to be heard. Our companion services offer seniors friendship, engagement, and support to enhance daily life and combat loneliness.

A Voice From Home

Through our newest initiative, A Voice From Home, we are amplifying the stories, experiences, and wisdom of older adults through:

• A community podcast featuring real voices from seniors across Colorado

• Local storytelling circles, wellness events, and intergenerational conversations

• Companion support resources, including training, guidance, and respite options; housing advocacy services, helping seniors find safe, affordable, and accessible homes; and companion programs that provide friendly visits, transportation to appointments or social events, light household assistance, and engagement in meaningful activities to enrich daily living

Our work is about more than placement — it’s about purpose. Every senior deserves to be heard, supported, and celebrated. Through collaboration, storytelling, companionship, and advocacy, we’re building stronger communities that respect and uplift aging adults.
